An executive tracking tool for managing the interests and disclosures of all employees, directors and board members of an organization, or multiple entities within an organization. All COI data is entered online, by members, when they fill out an online questionnaire. 

Once the tool is in place, individuals who are newly employed or entering into any type of business relationship can be required to fill out this form when setting up their member profile. Email reminders can automatically be sent to all members reminding them to revise their profiles and disclose any new interests or status changes to existing disclosures.
