The Garage Studio
Where it all started
Our Omaha studio was the result of a remodeling project that began in 2003 after we purchased a very old house in need of a total rehab [emphasis on total]. Following the renovation, we made the decision to launch Adventure Studios. And what was then a detached garage — a carriage-style space with a clay-tile roof and exposed rafters — became the first studio and was affectionately nicknamed the "iGarage."
We lead creative lives and that is expressed in every nook and cranny of our existence
The iGarage, although an independent structure, is an extension of our living space and represents our decision to blur the lines between work and life.
What we do is a reflection of who we are and how we live. We lead creative lives and that is expressed in every nook and cranny of our existence.
We are inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, a man who understood the benefits of connecting work spaces and living spaces. He was disciplined in his craft, but he also knew the value of having an environment that reflected who he was.
