Adventure Studios was founded on the belief that good design and technology are expected from the website builder, but success depends on a client’s ability to customize the end product. We often hear that the off-the-shelf or template products fall short. And, as usual, the client is sold an inadequate product that they are essentially renting and can never own. Adventure Studio is a custom web builder that offers state-of-the-art products that the client actually owns.
The adventure of launching a new internet business was indeed an “adventure”. So the name, Adventure Studios, grew out of a creative process we call, “ Hey, I have an idea”. And with that idea, Adventure Studios was founded.

We setup, host, maintain and manage website(s) and application(s) in client locations or custom locations. We do offer our own servers for clients that just need temporary parking until their site is ready for transfer. Often times clients want us to build applications that run on their equipment, but do not have the necessary equipment during the build. Recently, clients have begun adopting a method where Adventure negotiates the equipment, hosting and location agreements, which helps clients complete transfer and setup quickly.

Almost all of the work that Adventure produces is private and the property of our clients. We can, with our clients prior approval, schedule an appointment for you to tour sites, applications and the methods used to design and produce our advanced website products. We do publish our own designs and examples of our designer's work under the "Canoe Oil" section of this site or within our Project Lab area. As a client you will get a glimpse of new designs and our new product announcements from SearchLight, AdventureMeeting and AdventureBeacon. Sites designed to keep you (not your competition) update-to-date on your projects.

For the most part, other creative groups or in-house marketing/IT that "Just Need It Done". These groups have advanced production needs and require special attention. Most of our projects have a very complex twist between the user and the data. Believe me... the work Adventure does is not for everyone and it requires the highest level of design and application knowledge to produce such sophisticated, custom products.
Our main advantages... we own and control our own equipment, we almost always work remotely, under all conditions and very closely with the assigned creative director, designer or production person. We take our online Adventure Meetings, and Adventure Beacon, very seriously... that and the discovery that we may be the only ones crazy enough to do this for a living.

Is it Day or Night
I was taught in design school that the best designers don't wear watches. There are only two times in the day of a designer. Daytime or Nightime. This is where the iGarage comes in very handy.
We Bring the Outdoors In
The studio has three large french doors that we open to let the breeze pass through. The large eaves and patios allow us to keep the doors open on rainy days. Fresh air is always good for the creative process.

The art of taking what’s old and making it new - fuels creativity. Adventure Studios is all about innovation, design and going places. There's an infectious energy within these walls...kinda of like a secret clubhouse where there are no limits to the imagination. This is where we hammer out the ideas, create the designs, push the code beyond what seems possible and as always, problem solve, problem solve, problem solve...but hey, no one ever said a revolution was easy.
